Cookies and local storage

slopaf sets no cookies. It does keep a few small things in your browser so the arcade can remember you. Here they all are.

No cookies

slopaf doesn't set or read cookies. Nothing here is used for advertising or tracking, and everything stored is needed for something you asked for, so there is no cookie banner.

What we keep in your browser

slopaf.session
Your sign-in: an access token (valid for two hours) and a refresh token (valid for 30 days). Needed to stay signed in.
slopaf.device
A random credential made in your browser when you pick a player name, or when you sign in with an email. It is the only way back into a guest account once the tokens expire. Signing out of a saved account removes it.
slopaf.theme
Your theme choice: dark, light, or follow this device.
slopaf.tiers
Your own tier list, if you made one. It never leaves your browser.
tkr-settings
Turbo Kart Rally: the racer, class and lap count you picked last.

Requests to other sites

The portal loads its fonts, scripts and images from slopaf itself. The game page is different: Turbo Kart Rally currently loads two fonts (Lilita One and Nunito) from Google Fonts. Your browser therefore contacts Google's servers, which receive your IP address and browser details. Google's own privacy policy covers what it does with them.

Clearing it

Every browser lets you clear a site's data. Doing so signs you out and forgets your theme and tier list. If you clear slopaf.device on a guest account, that account is lost for good, because the credential can't be made again. If you saved an email and password on your profile, you can sign in again with them. If you want to keep a guest account, leave it alone or save it first.

More about what we do with your data is in the privacy policy.
